CEO, Darrel Crawford, has worked in all facets of the construction industry for more than 40 years. Early during his career, he worked with his father in residential renovation.  Then, upon graduating from Auburn University and starting his own mortgage company, he shifted full-time to developing his own construction company, JSM Construction, which he operated for 20+ years.  One thing has remained constant over the last 40 years, as his father would say, his love of “four walls and dirt”.

Building from the ground up, lending to construct, refinancing, or modernizing a home to increase its value, Darrel’s passion has grown with his knowledge in the real estate industry.  Having found his niche in Project Management more than 7 years ago, Darrel realized the value of procuring season and began building his network of skilled sub-contractors to facilitate various residential and commercial projects. He has estimated more than a half-billion dollars in renovation over the last 20 years, in addition to Project Managing the renovation of more than 18 Aldi and Walmart locations, and serving as Home Depot’s Project Manager in their Custom Kitchen & Bath Remodel division.
